Terms of Use

Effective: 17 October 2026. OfficeClaw Calendar and Mail is a private tool for its owner and explicitly authorized accounts. It is not offered as a public subscription service.

Authorized use

Connect only accounts you control or are permitted to access, and process only information you are authorized to use. Use is subject to the connected providers' terms and the Privacy Policy.

Read-only connections

The current Google connectors read data. They do not grant permission to send or delete email or modify external calendar events. Any future functionality requiring additional Google permissions requires separate authorization.

Availability and accuracy

Synchronization can be delayed, incomplete during an initial import, or interrupted by expired authorization or provider errors. Check source data and the last successful update before relying on imported information. Review AI-generated output before acting on it. No uninterrupted availability or error-free output is promised.

Stopping use

You may stop using the tool and revoke Google access at any time. Revocation and deletion of stored copies are separate actions, as described in the Privacy Policy.
